1. Returns and Exchanges

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges on nail products once they are opened or used. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only if:
● The wrong product was delivered.
● The product was damaged during transit.
● The order was cancelled before dispatch.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

3. Refund Process

Once approved, refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. The exact timeline may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
